Thank you for your recent purchase and welcome to the world of smart home devices.

On this page we step you through getting started with links to helpful videos and documents that hopefully make the process as simple as possible.

Let's get started

In your purchase you will have the Zigbee smart switches or lights plus a Zigbee hub/gateway and maybe some sensors. The hub/gateway is the brain that controls your home so it's best location is somewhere high and central in your home. The wired hub connects to the back of your WiFi router so this may dictate the location of the hub.

Step 1 download the Smart Life App use QR code ⇨ 

Step 2 register the Smart Life App and open on your phone

Step 3 connect your Zigbee Hub to the router (video 1 - 3)

Step 3a if you have the Zemismart M1 hub watch (video 4)

Step 4 pair your Zigbee devices to the hub using the app
