Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Order Fulfilment Time: Upon placing an order, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days. Please note weekends and public holidays are not business days. Additionally, we may have cut-off times for order processing; for instance, our cut-off varies depending on the volume of orders to process but generally cut-off is around midday to 3pm daily.

Shipping Options: We provide both domestic and international shipping services. Domestic shipping is available Australia wide. 

International Shipping: For international shipping, we have a dedicated section listing the countries we ship to along with estimated delivery times. However, there may be restrictions on shipping to certain countries due to various reasons.

Shipping Options: If we offer multiple shipping options such as expedited shipping, these will be presented at checkout and on our shipping information page.

Shipping Costs: Our shipping costs will be transparently outlined for the customer. If we offer free shipping above a certain spending threshold, this incentive will be prominently communicated. We will also inform customers about any potential additional fees such as import duties and taxes that may apply to their order.
